Summer in the Alps - Kitzbühel

Summer in the Alps - Kitzbühel. Why sit on a crowded beach when you have vast spaces, clean air, lots of sunshine and activities & beautiful scenery?

Why you should visit Kitzbühel this summer

What makes Kitzbühel so special in summer?

The unique mountain scenery and the pleasant temperatures. In Kitzbühel alone we have 4 exclusive golf courses and in the entire region around Kitzbühel about 20 golf courses that can be reached within 2 hours. Kitzbühel is also known for its good restaurants.

Are the ski lifts in operation in summer?

Yes, the ski lifts opened last week. Not all, but the Hahnenkammbahn and the Hornbahn are.

Are the shops and restaurants open?

Yes, everything is open and everything has normalized.

Is the infrastructure open in summer?

Yes, of course. Kitzbühel is also known for there being a lot going on in summer and the infrastructure is intact.

Is Kitzbühel better suited for families, adventurers or both?

For families, for couples who like to play golf, eat and visit a nice wellness hotel. The adventurers also get their money’s worth. Rafting, biking, mountaineering, everything is possible.

Where can I stay – is there a good choice of chalets or apartments for rent?

Yes, we have good hotels here, for example. Kitzhof, Rasmushof or Arosa Hotel are great. Chalets can also be booked individually.

Can you help with the rental? Or where would you advise looking?

We do not do rentals ourselves, but we know a very good agent who manages more than 200 rental properties.

What would be the best advice for potential buyers and sellers in the current situation?

Due to the current high demand for real estate in the Kitzbühel area, I would advise the sellers not to give any great discounts. I advise buyers to make a quick decision because the supply is limited and the demand is very high.
