What would be your best advice to potential property buyers and sellers in the current environment?
The current health crisis has slowed the market, but we still note that demand is still very much in evidence. Investing in the mountains is a window onto nature, making it possible to combine rental income with the pleasure of ownership. Bricks and mortar remain a safe haven, and we are of the opinion that at the end of this health crisis potential buyers will desire more than ever to invest in authentic places in a natural environment and reconnect with the basics. Our village is the perfect place for that.
